• Current volume capability ranges from 1,000 - 18,000 litres for liquids and 500- 900 kg for ointments and creams.
  
  
• 1,000 litre Guisti homogenizer.
  
  
• Metal and plastic tube; jar filling.

SOLID DOSE

In addition to manufacturing a variety of solid dose formats including tablets, caplets and capsules,

DRAXIS Pharma offers:

• Two granulation suites equipped with fluid bed dryers and five compression/encapsulation suites for fast change-overs.
  
  
• Batch size capabilities ranging from 43 to 800 kg, with the ability to compress a wide range of shape/size combinations.
  
  
• Conventional bottle filling and a blister-packing line with PVC/PE/PVDC or Acklar packaging capabilities for added flexibility.
